Expertise
Tim has over 35 years’ experience in the mechanical service industry. He began his career in 1986, contributing 28 years of service to Carrier Corporation. He started as a service coordinator and held positions as a sales representative, sales manager, and regional general manager throughout his career with Carrier.
Prior to joining the EMCOR Services New York/New Jersey team, Tim held the position as Carrier’s national sales and marketing manager, responsible for all sales and training management. He aided in the strategic direction of the firm to meet business metrics and goals while providing leadership for Carrier’s 600-million-dollar national sales, marketing, and field operations.
Tim received his bachelor’s degree from the City University of New York at Queens College in New York.
The Personal Side
Tim married his childhood sweetheart and have two children together, a son and a daughter. He has a private pilot’s license, is a huge car enthusiast and a dedicated "Gym Rat."
