He is highly skilled at conceptualizing a project from both a financial and construction perspective, drawing upon his broad background in contracting, management and design to provide engineered solutions to clients in the highly diverse New York real estate landscape.
Joseph has worked in the HVAC/mechanical industry for 30 years, holding positions in service, sales, operations, design, and project management. With an expertise in large tonnage chillers and Cogeneration plants, he brings a wealth of knowledge to customers who are interested in utility options and in life cycle analysis.
In his experience, he has overseen the installation of over 75,000 tons of new chillers, and 15 CHP (combined heat and power) plants totaling 10 MW.
