Art oversees the service, construction, and controls divisions in the greater New York area. With over 30 years in the mechanical service industry, Art has significant experience in all aspects of the mechanical HVAC business, including several years running field operations.
He started his career as an industrial electrician before transitioning into the mechanical field where he specialized in critical systems installations, support and service for various high-profile clients. Art possesses technical service and managerial skills that result in a proven track record of success and complete customer satisfaction.
Expertise
Art has spent over 30 years in the mechanical services industry and has experience in virtually every discipline. He is a certified HVAC Journeyman who possesses several Master Mechanical licenses for various jurisdictions throughout New York.
He also has several industry training certifications for Liebert, Stulz, Mammoth, McQuay, Daiken, Mitsubishi, LG, Multistack, Technical Systems, York/JCI, Carrier, and Trane to name a few. He is also certified in control systems such as Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Allerton, Automated logic, Trane, and Carrier.
For the last 25 years, Art has been serving his community as a firefighter, EMT, line officer, Captain and Chief of the Northport Fire Department. He has multiple nationally recognized certifications for fire service and has received several awards for his accomplishments.
The Personal Side
Art likes to spend time with family and friends whenever possible. He is a car, truck, and motorcycle enthusiast, spending his spare time driving, riding, and modifying those vehicles for maximum performance and appearance.
