Ryan brings nearly two decades of experience in the construction and mechanical services industry. He began his career in 2009 as a member of the Local 638 apprenticeship program, earning multiple manufacturer master certifications along the way. He holds numerous credentials, including New York State licenses, OSHA 30 certification, NYC DOB SST Supervisor credentials, BCSP STS C, and NYC General Contracting licensure.

Prior to becoming President, Ryan served as Operations Manager for four years, where he drove operational excellence, strengthened client relationships, and consistently delivered high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Personal Side

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, Devin. Together, they share a passion for travel and have explored most U.S. states along with several international destinations—by RV and by air. Ryan is also deeply involved in the powersports world, whether racing snowmobiles or building high performance vehicles. He maintains his technical edge through engine rebuilds and advanced computer aided engine management tuning.

Committed to giving back, Ryan is actively involved in his community and currently serves as Chief of his local volunteer fire department.
